1. Colour ideas
For my magazine, I wasn't sure what colours I wanted to
use in my magazine so I had a look at various magazines
and the colour schemes they had used in order to get a
better idea of what looks good and what I felt would suit
my magazine. I have come to the conclusion that I want
to use black, red and navy as my colour scheme. One of
the reasons behind these choices was due to my artist
being from English descent and wanted to fit the theme
of the Britain. Another reason was in order for it to fit
with the colours of the photos I got of Alyssia which
were a mix of blues and reds.
Black: I wanted to use the colour black as it really
emphasises on something and adds to the edgy side of
the magazine instead of it being a girly magazine.
Blue: with the blue colour it was simply because I felt
that out of all the colours I put next to Alyssia this colour
really suited her and I feel that the magazines look really
needs to fit well with my artist.
Red: The red in my opinion adds a hint of mystery as well
as fitting in well with the other colours.
