WORK RESPONSIBILITYOF HR ASSISTANT
 Post adverts on the various job boards and recruitment media channels in a
timely and accurate manner ensuring the best possible exposure for
vacancies.
 Responsible for effective and fast recruitment processes.
 Receive all the job applications, sort and classify based on each profession
and store in database for retrieval as and when required.
 Ensure all roles are suitably matched with appropriate candidates.
 Telephonic conversations with the probable candidate to discuss the main
ideas, such as: job description, salary expectations or to compile the
necessary documents.
 Responsible for interview set-up including finalizing the schedule, calling
candidates and liaising with managers to ensure that all paperwork is sent
prior to interview.
 Follow up with Human Resources Manager for interview feedback and
applicant assessment forms; process the unsuccessful applications and
contact successful candidates to advice about the next stage of selection
process.
 Maintain regular contact with candidates who have been interviewed.
 Prepare and maintain employment records and authorized paperwork
assigning applicants to positions.
WORK RESPONSIBILITYOF CAMP BOSS
 Implement camps rules and regulation in the camp.
 Maintain peace in the camp.
 Managed workers / labours camp in Dubai. Manage 14 Countries people like
Indian, Philippines, Bangladeshi, Pakistani, Srilankan, Yemenis, Egyptians,
Lebanese, Syrians, Ethopians, Nigerian, Sudanese, Palestinians, and other
African countries people under one roof.
 Responsible for the supervision and conduct of group members at all times during
stay
 Capable to manage Low Medium and High categories camps .such as low
category for Workers and labours, Medium category for Supervisors and
JR.Engineers and high category for Sr.Engineers and Managers Related to
our projects.
 Manage water supply to camp, through the proper water tanker supplier for
daily uses of all worker or labours.
 Manage Drinking water and other food facilities in the camp for the all the
labours. And arrange fuel for generators and other vehicles in camp.
 Allocate site to jobless employees as per the instruction from the
management.
 To keep records of all employees staying in camps and update on regular
basis.
 Manage transportation facilities to all labour from camp to constructions site
as per management schedule.
 Manage secret inspection of every room as per management instructions to
avoid illegal work in the camp.
 Manage weekly checkup for all fire extinguisher and all fire pipeline in the
camp.
 Worked closely with finance Administration, Transportation, and other
related department.
 Manage and coordinate accommodation services and related activities and
supervise the maintenance and alteration of accommodation areas and
equipment, as well as arrangements and housekeeping of accommodation
facilities.
 Coordinate between management and staff / workers. And report to all
necessary information to the management as per the company policy.
 Provide all necessary to the new appointed person in the accommodation.(
such as bed, mattress, bed sheets and other things )
 Maintain, maintenances of water heaters, air-conditions, generators and all
equipment Used in kitchen and camp.
 Responsible for the facilities day to day operation and scheduling time
repairs and maintenance when needed.
 To prepare Time-Sheet for camps crew every month.
 To prepare requisition for needed materials related to camps.
 Maintain monthly report of gas, water and electricity consumption.
SKILL SET
 Regular check up of all camp rooms to save electricity and water and
maintain cleanliness in camp area.
 Managing housekeeping personnel’s to maintain always clean in camp area,
and all camp rooms as well as mess rooms and kitchen.
 Maintain cleanliness in recreation hall, and arrange required things such as,
Sofa sets, and water coolers and daily news papers, magazines.
 Maintain full security through security guards, security supervisors and
security cameras in camp area.
 Provide quick Doctor, male nurse, or ambulance service to sick person in
emergency situation
 Responsible for maintaining and improving the camp appearance and camp
safety and security.
 Arranged internal camp arrangements and provide good facility for staff and
workers.
 Maintain table tennis court, basket ball court, football ground, and other
sports activities.
 Pay the electricity bills, water bills, and other government taxes to the
concerned authorities with the help of finance department.
Having computer knowledge of MS word, sending mail, receiving mail, and
replying mails.

The ability and confidence to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Possess good interpersonal skills, e.g. tract, sensitivity, ability to listen, to be
assertive at time and having ability to work quickly, flexibly, effectively and
