 Maintain the KICS mailbox and ensure all emails are answered within 24 hours
 Allocating work and providing guidance to all Non Partner regarding their KICS accounts
 Ensuring breaches are identified and are escalated in the correct manner
 Taken ownership and carry out PCA’s on Non-Partners
 Where a SEC breach is identified to notify the correct Senior Management teams and ensure confidentiality is maintained
 Provide KICS advice and support to all Non-Partners
 Review all KICS process manuals and updated to ensure that they were accurate and up to date
 Carry out the weekly KICS processes and report any discrepancies to my manager
 To ensure that any KICS processes associated with the KICS data is up to date and accurate
 Liaise with Global KICS team to ensure that there are on-going updates with the system

 Review any new External Activities that are sent in to the mailbox and review against the Decision trees
 Develop and maintain a strongworking relationship with the PeopleCentre and the business with any E&I queries regarding

 Provide HR advice and support to over 100 maternity ladies by taking ownership with their maternity leave from their
commencement through to when they return to work
 Expert knowledge of the Maternity process and Flexible working process and able to provide suitable advice to the
clients and business where necessary ensuring that the best possible option is chosen
 Process all Maternity, Flexible Working, Paternity leave and Parental leave within the required SLA’s and send template
correspondence to all parties as well identifying employees’ eligibility for each process
