Training Skills
Understanding the dynamics of adult education, the generation and cultural
gaps, teaching techniques as well as all the tools trainers use. Basic
Mentoring and Coaching Skills.
Phase 7
Specilised and Specific Speaking Skills
These are specialised skills for specific application by specailists.
Sales Presentation , Technical Presentations , Sales Elevator Speech, Sales
Proposal, Presenting Reports/Budgets, Speaking on TV etc
Phase 8
Mentoring Support
Ongoing mentoring and evaluation and review of all speeches and
presentations to ensure they are up to date, in line with best practice
and to gain new and additional skills
Phase 9
Ongoing Development and Practice
Ongoing practice and self and group assessments is the only way to
re-inforce the skills learnt. This is done firstly by recording but
preferably by video recording and reviewing all presentations after
they are delivered.
Training Courses Offered:
Based upon these 9 Phases I have developed some generic training courses ranging from one day
for certain of the phases mentioned above to 5 days as a full master class.
The key to all the courses and development of the delegates is on how well they understand the
phases before the one they choose asthe phases build on the previous phase’s skills. Phase 1 is
the most vital as this is where the groundwork is done.
The best way to determine what one needs is for me to have a good understanding of what skills
the delegates already have so that the couses presented are tailored to suit their specific needs
