Check WH&S- e.g- evacuation, light, ventilation,
resource list.
Start with Positive approach (Warm up) to learner
Introduce yourself for the credibility of learner.

The session plan is roadmap to ensure the
trainer is on right track when delivering a
session.
A session plan cover timing, content, trainer
requirement, learner activity, assessment
strategy.
Determine which items are-Must know,
should know, could know in session.

segment or chunk, activity and contingency
plan that will be presented in session.
Adjust the timeframe for delivery of each

objectives.

Each presentation should focus on one idea or concept. If
it takes longer, it may probably too complex.

Practice makes for perfect performance. Many experts
say that rehearsal is the biggest single thing that improves
performance.
