Business Goals, including:

– Achieved!
 HUB Zone – Achieved!
 Veteran-owned – Achieved!
 Small disadvantaged businesses – Nearly
Achieved!
 Service-disabled veteran-owned small
business – Nearly Achieved!
 Inception to Date, $100 million went to
businesses in Pueblo County (Of that, $75
million to small businesses)

13. Boiler Startup
The English Boiler is the first of 17 major systems to
become operational. The next phase, providing permanent
heat to the plant, is expected to be completed in the spring.
