Laubman and Pank operated an optical manufacturing and lens to frame fitting facility
providing prescription spectacles to the Australian market.
 Acted as liaison between patient and shop floor management at Optical
Manufacturing Plant.
 On receipt of report of unsatisfactory deliver sought details as to the condition of
unsatisfactory service the patient has experienced.
 Dependant on results of the above took action to establish root cause of the

patient would be either kept in form, compensated in some way or a mixture of these
