 Facilities Manager of a 72,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility. Perform routine audits &
inspections to maintain in new condition after (13) years of operation. Work with corporate
insurance carriers to perform audits & issue corrective actions that resulted in the lowest possible
risk rating for the facility. Designed energy savings features into the new facility to recycle waste
energy to heat the facility & thru simple design changes, reduced energy consumption overall. The
average cost to heat the entire facility is less than $3,000 per month. Responsible for all vendor &
contractor negotiations, project supervision, safety / environmental compliance, adherence to quality
standards, & meeting of all contract terms.
 Manufacturing Manager responsible for analyzing operations, developing & implementing
process improvements, cost down projects, CapEx projects, manage / design & install capital
projects. Identify the root cause of manufacturing issues & implement corrective actions.
 Maintenance Manager responsible for the repair and preventative maintenance of the facility,
infrastructure, & manufacturing equipment. Conduct internal audits to verify compliance & issue
corrective actions.
 Environmental Manager responsible for compliance with all local, state, & federal laws
concerning operations & waste disposal activities. Work with corporate environmental managers &
environmental law firm to audit the facility to ensure compliance. Implemented waste reductions
programs that recycle over 80% of all wastes both domestic & hazardous in nature.
