GENERAL OBJECTIVE: - The group will be able to understand and gain knowledge regarding prevention of water borne diseases and developed positive
attitude towards the same.

Diarrhea is categorized in to acute or chronic infection or
non-infection based on the duration and type of symptom
Acute diarrhea is an episode lasting less than two weeks.
Infection most commonly causes acute diarrhea.
Most cases are the result of a viral infection, and the course
is self-limited.

health problem, especially in the developing world.
