 Taking care of end to end processes in procurment of Materials and Services, Award of Contracts
for Mechanical, Civil, Electrical works for Wind Energy Generation Projects.
 To oversee preparation of Tender documents including review of scope and commercial conditions of
contract, technical &commercial evaluation of the bids. Coordination with bidders for all clarifications.
 Price evaluation of the technically qualified bidders after final negotiations, preparation of
recommendation for award of contract.
 Drafting and finalizing Purchase Order / Contract terms and conditions. Responsible for full contract
management including settlement of claims on account of scope variation, idling LD etc.
 Sourcingand Localization of importedparts andequipmentswhichare usedinWindTurbine Generators.
 Strategic procurement planning taking into consideration future business requirement with available
resources and existing tax structures.
 Reviewandassessmentof Supplier/Contractorperformance forcontinuous improvementbygiving them
regular feedback for information.
 Preparation and review of Budgets, monthly cash outflows and taking corrective actions in case
of any deviation.
