Project planning / Material management:

approved vendors inviting quotes.

Developing sourcing strategies.
Preparing commercial comparisons of the offers from Different Vendors.
Negotiating contracts to reduce costs & various other terms / conditions and try to
achieve maximum benefit to the organization.
Rate negotiations with the Suppliers and fixing the rate contract for the Volume
procurement Evaluation.
Preparation of Purchase orders on the L1 vendor in ERP / customized vendors.
Verify material specification, price & quantity with approved Purchase Orders.
Coordinate with the Engineering team & Projects team for getting technical clearance.
Providing technical support to the vendors.

Monitoring delivery times to ensure they are on time.
