supporting/conducting initial interview for a ramp requirement for specific project
• Overall Management of the Background Investigation process through coordinating with vendors
and performing internal reference checks as needed.

• Handles different email job opening queries across all recruitment site of MicroSourcing.
•Real-time processing of all applicants received onsite.
•Support and extend assistance to the Talent Acquisition Operations or Sourcing and Marketing
team of various tasks.
•Maintain and update applicant progress tracker.
•Create ways to enhance applicant experience and reduce waiting time.
•Prepare regular reports including, but not limited to daily applicant report, weekly/end of month
recruiting reports and analytics for the Applicant’s footfall.
• Facilitate on different Job Fairs.
• Propose different Sourcing &Marketing strategies on how to enhance employee/ candidate

•Coordinates to other recruitment departments and other external partner coordinators or point-of
