2. Adopt cost efficient methods to ensure talent pool of highly qualified applicants

available sources & degree verification from universities.
5. Close liaison with Head Office for the issuance of appointment letters.

ensure the application of internal policy & procedure.
 Ensure on job training at the time of visit to ensure practice of HR
policies/procedures.
Grievance Management:
