• Directly responsible for inventory management, forecasting, and production for Food Lion case ready products.
• Manage the day to day production for companies such as Publix, Kroger, and Red Lobster
• Ensured the receiving, management, and shipping quality for $100M dollars worth of seafood in 6 months at
Inland Seafood
• Effectively delegated tasks to a group of 15-20 people for continued excellence of our products
• Attended and participated in daily inventory meetings for the sales staff to increase product knowledge

• Managed and delegated all operational functions to recruit, organize maintain and motivate an outside sales
team to generate over $1M in sales over a 16 month period
• Instrumental in building and managing new business that grew over 100% annually (’11-’12)
• Recruited over 500 representatives to be named top 10 recruiter in the company out of more than 600
• Managed and motivated over 80 people on a weekly basis
