OD Intervention:
Career planning & development: Responsible for career planning and development of potential team
members (both existing as well as new joinees) in two phases, three and five years.
Succession planning: Responsible for succession planning exercise for key positions through identification
of potential successor, assessment of desired competencies followed by gap analysis, design time bound
action plan to develop the desired competencies.
Top-down and bottom-up communication: Responsible for developing / organizing all top-down
communications routed through HR. Also, looks after the periodic / need based one on one formal / semi
formal communication / feedback session with new as well as existing employees.
Grievance Redressal: Responsible for addressing and resolving the grievance raised by employees in
coordination with concerned parties.
Workplace engagement initiatives: Undertake various HR initiatives throughout the year as part of
employee retention and engagement policy.
Design and develop various HR policies, processes, forms, format etc. for HR Operations.
Training & Development: Oversees finalization of training need identification from performance appraisal
and feedback form, identify faculties for both technical and behavioural programs and organize programs
as per calendar.
Employee Exist Process: Responsible for conducting exit interviews, analyze them, propose and implement
corrective actions, oversee full and final settlement of accounts.
Industrial Relations & Statutory Compliances (Since April’ 15):
Manpower planning vis-à-vis business plan: Review and finalize the manpower planning annually with the
respective divisional heads against the business plan and make necessary modification.
Recruitment, induction, deployment and tracking of both company and contractual workers: Manage
recruitment of company workers, their induction, and deployment of contractual workers as well as
tracking.
Skill Development of workers: Review skill matrix on annual basis, identify skill gap and initiate skill
development programs (both on job and behavioural) in coordination with the head of the departments.
Performance appraisal and rewards of workers including increments: Undertake performance appraisal of
company workers and finalization of increments for company workers and wage revision of contractual
workers.
Workers’ Grievance management: Manage all type of grievances related to workers.
Workers’ communication: Organize quarterly worker’s dialogue with all company and contractual workers
to facilitate both top-down and bottoms-up communication with workers.
Internal and external audit including statutory and ISO audits: Manage all internal as well as external
audits both statutory and ISO or other customer Audits.
Labour welfare and engagement: Initiate and manage all kind of welfare and engagement initiative for
workers.
Attendance and Payroll of both staff and workers: Oversee attendance and payroll process of both staff as
well as workers starting from attendance data feeding into ERP to transfer of salaries / wages to bank
accounts.
Payment of contractual workers: Oversee payment of contractual workers including checking of
attendance data and bills submitted by the contractors.
Contractor Management: Manage four contractors related to production activities in all the shops on daily
basis including checking of their statutory compliances.
Oversee all statutory compliances related to Factories Act, Labour Law, ESIC, EPF, Contract Labour,
Minimum Wages, Payment of Wages, Bonus & Gratuity, Industrial Disputes, Workmen’s Compensation,
