As a CSRII, ACDT Department, I have been responsible for taking calls pertaining primarily to
access card issues, whether it be a card that has gone bad, lost or damaged as well as being
responsible for determining whether the IRD ( receiver ) that the card is being requested for, is a
viable receiver, is capable of being used and / or transferred within company guidelines to
prevent piracy and account fraud.
I also take calls from other departments that needed help involving access card issues which may
involve technical issues as well as customer resolution calls. As an ACDT CSR II, I also took
tech calls, offering and processing equipment upgrades as well as offering and processing
programming upgrades and Service Plus Protection Plans.
As a CSRII, ACDT Department, I was also responsible for explaining the process for signing up
for NFL Sunday Ticket streaming service, which could only be purchased online. I was also
responsible for assisting customers with any roadblocks they may come up against in the sign up
process, as well as any technical issues they may have with their service. I enjoy accepting
2. challenges and setting goals for myself and reaping the rewards of attaining success at these
goals both personally and financially.
*Finish Hand at Accell Construction August 2012 - June 2014
I worked as a Finish Hand at Accell construction, with the ability to read and interpret plans and
grade stakes and build to their specifications. I have an eye for detail and I take pride in my
workmanship.
*Customer Service Representative II for Dish Network January 2010 to August 2012
I worked as a Customer Service Representative II at Dish Network. I assisted customers with
billing inquiries and technical assistance. As a CSR II, I was also a Dealer Activation / Work
Order Modification specialist performing work order modifications for sales partners, regional
service providers as well as technicians in the field.
I also took calls for partner accounts. Accounts that were bundled with phone companies to give
those phone companies a competitive edge against the larger companies that offer telephone and
television. I took those calls to resolve technical issues as well as explaining their Dish network
billing to them when the telephone company agent didn’t have access to the billing for the Dish
Network or the understanding of our monthly billing fees, as well as offer them programming
and / or equipment upgrades.
*Owner / Operator of Dirt Designs by Eddy Adair, 2003 to January 2010.
Duties: All aspects of racing facility construction. Bidding jobs, design and construction of
Motocross tracks (commercial tracks and private tracks) as well as roads and pads for their
facility buildings and ponds. Equipment operation consisting primarily of, but not limited to
Bulldozer, Front end loader, Compacters, Water trucks etc.
From 2003 to 2008 I traveled for Xtremeworld Arenacross, designing, building, maintaining and
dismantling indoor race tracks in arenas in Oklahoma, Arkansas, Tennessee, Kansas, and
Mississippi. All dirt floors had to be leveled to within 1 tenth so their 4-in-1 could fluff the
surface for horse shows, rodeos, etc..
During my time with Xtremeworld Arenacross from 2003 to 2008 I built motocross tracks inside
arenas with large heavy equipment and had a stellar safety record with no damage to structures
or injuries to individuals.
I have a very strong safety record. My motto is to “look twice and move once”, and I always use
the "3 points of contact" rule when entering and exiting a piece of equipment.
*Finish Dozer Hand for Bryan Adair Construction from 2001 to 2003. ( currently named
Contech )
Duties: Bulldozer (primarily as finish hand) and other heavy equipment operation, then promoted
to foreman for 3 months. Shortly thereafter, the dirt division of Bryan Adair Construction was
dissolved.
After The dirt division of Bryan Adair Construction was dissolved, I started my own dirt
construction company back up in 2003.
*Owner / Operator of Dirt Designs by Eddy Adair from 1996 to 2001.
Duties: All aspects of racing facility construction. Bidding jobs, design and construction of
3. Motocross tracks (commercial tracks and private tracks) as well as roads and pads for their
facility buildings and ponds. Equipment operation consisting primarily of, but not limited to
Bulldozer, Front end loader, Compacters, Water trucks etc.
*Owner / Operator of Eddy's Jewelry in Wagoner, Oklahoma from 1986 to 1996.
Duties: All aspects of store operation. Customer service (personal and phone) retail Jewelry sales
and Jewelry repair.
As time went on, I found the Jewelry business to be an increasingly deceptive business, and I
grew to dislike it. I had raced Motocross for many years and during that time I acquired a skill
for building Motocross tracks. In 1996 I closed my Jewelry store, bought the necessary
equipment, and began building Motocross tracks professionally.
*Box IGA Foods from 1981 to 1985
I Started as a stocker; worked my way up to Produce Manager in Locust Grove, Oklahoma. I was
responsible for maintaining count of inventory as well as maintaining freshness of inventory.
After maintaining the highest average net profit throughout the enterprise for over 1 year, I was
promoted to an Assistant Managers position in Tahlequah, Oklahoma.
Mr. Box sold all of his stores to Harps IGA in 1985. At that time, I began learning the Jewelry
Business from a friend of mine - Sammy Henry - in Muskogee, Oklahoma. In 1986, I opened my
own store in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. I eventually moved my store to Wagoner, Oklahoma later
that year.
OBJECTIVE
To obtain a challenging new position in a growing company, where I can utilize my skills and
energy to add value, increase growth, profitability, and efficiency in the company.
