Honesty, loyalty and integrity are the foundations upon which I base my life and all the
decisions I make, both professionally and personally, are based on these values.
I have great managerial skills and get along with most people in relationships based on
mutual respect. I am a tireless worker and always prepared to go the extra mile, both for my
colleagues and the company I work for.
I am very proficient at problem solving. With a limited knowledge of centrifugal pumps I
completely redesigned the CV series pumps eliminating 18 working parts and redesigning the
crucial parts. These pumps have been in service at De Beers Mines for more than a year
without any issues.
Having excellent relationship building skills, I have managed to build business relationships,
which after 30 years are still intact. It is with these skills, and my years of experience, I believe
