SMCPS Knowledge

• Manage and maintain complex construction financial files and databases
• Ensure accurate and timely encumbrances and data entry to ensure accurate and efficient project management
RFP/ITB/RFQ
• Coordinate and prepare requests for proposals (RFP), invitations to bid (ITB), and requests for quotes (RFQ)
• Review final bidding documents for completeness and State and Local compliance
• Manage and post advertisements on eMaryland Marketplace (as required by COMAR) and SMCPS website
• Prepare bid tabulations and supporting documents for contract award recommendations
