• Planning, budgeting, management, and administration of all qualified and non-qualified retirement
plans (DC, DB, Non-Qualified DC and DB; approximately $1.4B in assets and liabilities)
• Ensure that all retirement plans are in compliance with ERISA, 409A, and state and federal laws and
regulations pertaining to retirement plans
• Analyze and develop innovative ideas to ensure retirement plans are competitive with the market (plan
design and investments), present updates to Committees and senior management; partner with the
third party administrator and consultants to analyze, coordinate, and manage any updates or changes
in the retirement plans
• Coordinate and manage the preparation, review, and submission of required governmental filings

and delivering best-in-class communications materials. Manage the delivery of high-quality, cost-
