the reason behind the idea of
constructing a luxury hotel is that, in
ISLAMABAD there is no any high class
hotel that gives high benefits like:
Comfortable rooms, exclusive parking
area, swimming pool, safe keeping
environment etc. for customer’s
comfort, establish on 12 floors and 150
rooms of 14*14 sqft of comforts,
restaurant on roof for clients in location
of by-pass area.

10. PLAN SCOPE MANAGEMENT:
 Since most people only rate a hotel by
its look, facilities, and its location, So it
is important to select a good site which
is really close to city and easy to
connect with other places. Therefore,
we have selected a place at the by-
pass area, near RAWAL LAKE, acquiring
a total area of around 5500 square
yards and it is really close to
supermarkets etc.

In this process we will plan about whole
structure of our project that how much floor
does our HOTEL will have and what will be
the cost of constructing floors. Also putting
in mind that the total budget of our project
is 550 million and we have to plan our
budget according to the plan how much
works force is required or how many labor
would be hired to construct this hotel in 10
months. What location is to be chosen and
what is area of location will be suitable for
us in this planned budget.

To over from this risk we planned that
our communication will be very strong
each of our managers will in contact to
other that whether is there any
requirement that is to fulfilled while
constructing the project and also any
issue or any conflict will also be shared
to them. Because if we will not do this
that will result in communication gap

While constructing the hotel we also have to
put the budget in mind that we have to use
this in limited segment on each segment and
we have to be aware that the price is not
exceeding from that segment we will hire a
manager that will tell us the how much
amount is left that is to be spent on this area
with respect to the segment I.E it could be
furniture or anything else.

Health and Safety Risk
We also have to measure the food hygiene
that include meat, vegetable that they are able
to use for eating purpose or not because
sometimes the meat or vegetables gets rotten
that may harm the health and we wash our
utensils with filtered water properly and we
will make that each and everything in the
kitchen is cleaned not to prevent food poison
to the guests.

The main point is to maintain the communication between a manager and a labor
because by doing this everything will go according to the plan any conflict or issue
could be resolved with the help of communication if there is any requirement of
material the labor can directly contact to the manager to provide those material to
him so that the work could be done smoothly without any delays occurring in the
project that may result in delay of the project.
Scheduling is really important because that’s how we will measure the time table of
project we guide the labor to come at this time to start the project.
After that monitoring the progress is important on daily basis by this we will
always come to know that how much our project is being completed and we can
achieve our milestones
