constructing a luxury hotel is that, in
ISLAMABAD there is no any high class
hotel that gives high benefits like:

environment etc. for customer’s
comfort, establish on 12 floors and 150
rooms of 14*14 sqft of comforts,
restaurant on roof for clients in location
of by-pass area.

10. PLAN SCOPE MANAGEMENT:
Since most people only rate a hotel by
its look, facilities, and its location, So it
is important to select a good site which
is really close to city and easy to
connect with other places. Therefore,
we have selected a place at the by-
pass area, near RAWAL LAKE, acquiring
a total area of around 5500 square
yards and it is really close to
supermarkets etc.

does our HOTEL will have and what will be
the cost of constructing floors. Also putting
in mind that the total budget of our project
is 550 million and we have to plan our

months. What location is to be chosen and
what is area of location will be suitable for
us in this planned budget.

We also have to measure the food hygiene
that include meat, vegetable that they are able
to use for eating purpose or not because
sometimes the meat or vegetables gets rotten
that may harm the health and we wash our
utensils with filtered water properly and we

kitchen is cleaned not to prevent food poison
to the guests.

him so that the work could be done smoothly without any delays occurring in the
project that may result in delay of the project.
Scheduling is really important because that’s how we will measure the time table of
project we guide the labor to come at this time to start the project.
After that monitoring the progress is important on daily basis by this we will
always come to know that how much our project is being completed and we can
