Project Description:
 The Nad Al Shiba Residential Community project is located to the West of International City
on the west side of Mohamed Bin Zayed Road. The proposed development is located on a
120 Hectare plot and is envisaged as an affordable residential community for lease. The
development consist of 4 & 5 bedrooms Mediterranean and Morroccan style 482 villas
including infrastructure.
Duties & Responsibilities :
 Communicating with a range of people including consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
 Coordinator for all authority inspections.
 Carrying out detailed drawings/site study and capturing additional works.
 Making safety inspections of the site when work is underway and ensuring regulations
relating to health, safety and the environment (HSE) are adhered to
 Preparation of letter/correspondence in response to any issues or matters related to Project
to be issued to consultant, suppliers or subcontractors
 Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to Job status.
A. Planning and Management :
 Developing the programme of work and strategy for making the project happen.
 Updating the existing construction programme, review and restructure of resource allocation
on monthly basis.
 Responsible for monitoring the progress on project.
 Planning the requirement of resources from time to time based on the work load and ensure
manpower are properly distributed, activity-wise on a daily basis.
 Planning and analyzing daily, weekly and monthly targets and taking corrective action in case
of slippage.

B. Coordination with Consultant/Engineers :
 Preparing the site and liaising with other construction professionals such as architects,
engineers before construction work commence.
 Assuring coordination in weekly quality meetings with consultant for weekly progress.
 Coordination with Consultant for any issues and changes in specification, drawings and
requirements related to project.
C. Coordination with Project Team :
 Reporting to the Project Manager/Construction manager regarding the progress of project
and project issues.
 Assuring liaison with all sub-contractors for drawings and specification.
 Provide assistance to the Draftsman in preparing coordinated shop drawings.
 Coordination with General Foreman and Gang leaders for the project resource management.
 Coordinating MEP works on site.
 Provide support to Quantity Surveyor for information on project progress, any additional
information related to technical and commercial for claim purposes.

9 Typical floors+ Roof and Upper Roof. The approximate area of Plot C74 Building is 11,363
sq.m, Plot C75 Building is 11,461 sq.m & Plot C76 Building is 10,902sq.m.
 Communicating with a range of people including client, consultants, subcontractors and

 Coordinator for all municipality permits, inspections, WDN, LDN, ADDC, ADSSC etc.
