Takamul Project Management April 2015 – Present time
I have been assigned as a Project Manager for Dallah Hospital West and South Expansion Projects, the
West Expansion is considered as a standalone hospital project with a capacity of 300 Beds and 120 Clinics
and a total built up area of 90,000 m2 and the South Expansion is a Residential Project serving the hospital
staff with a built up area of 30,000 m2. In addition to these projects, I am managing small projects within the
same Client Program in Al Nakheel District in Riyadh such as Traffic Study for the whole District around the
Hospital, Outdoor Parking, New Kitchen Project (1 Million Dollar Project) in addition to small Enhancement
Projects for the Existing Facilities.
My Duties includes but not limited to:
- Preparing the Project Charter after coordination with the Client Project Management Office.
- Preparing High Level Executive Summary Time Schedule for all projects.
- Preparing Level 2 Time schedule with more detailed Work Break Down structure WBS.
- Preparing project estimation to approve the budget submitted within the Project Charter.
- Preparing Request for Proposals/Bids/Quotations for all Packages (Design, Construction...).
- Leading the Evaluation Process of all Packages through well-defined Criteria

This project involves the Design and Construction of Huge Compound of about 6000 Villas and their serving
Roads and Infrastructure Networks. There are two types of Villas distributed on several Zones. I was assigned
as a Project Construction Manager of one Zone with 472 Villas. The Villas are constructed from Precast
Concrete Elements. It is in the Precast Installation Stage. Upon request from the Project Director,
I have prepared a Project Execution Plan for another sub-project (KKA sub-Project) based on the experience
the team has from working in this project since more than Four Years. I have been promoted to be a Site Project
Manager for KKA sub-project after submitting the presentation for the Site Top Management.

King Abdulla Financial District Monorail System
Design - Build - Operate (DBO)
From Nov. 2013 up Oct. 2014
The project involves construction of a 3.6 km monorail system connecting various areas of the district.
It will include 6 automated trains. All buildings and monorail stations are linked together by a self-sustained air-
conditioned skywalk system above street level enabling walking distance to all meetings in the Financial District.
Two of its stations will be situated at the Northern area of KAFD providing access to shopping and parking areas.

King Abdulla Financial District – Wyndham Hotel Project – Parcel 1.08
The building is one of series of buildings owned the Public Pension Agency and
shall be constructed in the King Abdullah Financial District to the North of the city
of Riyadh. Parcel 1.08 area is 5,564 m² and shall be occupied by 5 stars hotel building
operated by Wyndham with an approximate built up area of 50,000 m² and a building
height of 83m. The Hotel Project consists of 4 Basement Floors, Public Area
distributed on the GF, L1, L2, L3, L15 and L16 floors and Typical Floors from
L4 to L14 which include 210 Guestrooms, Presidential and Royal Suites.

College of Computer Science and Information Bldg 1.7.0
From June 2009 up until Sept. 2012
Package (1) or Zone (1) is a complex of academic colleges with a total built
up area of approx. 500 000 square meters. I was assigned temporarily as
a Project Manager for the whole zone for about 4 months until the official
PM was assigned and took over his responsibilities officially on site. During
these four months, I was leading a team of one Construction Manager and
seven site engineers and managed within these four months to coordinate with
all the subcontractors and mobilize them on site. We concreted the
foundations and Columns in most of the seven colleges from which Package
One consists of .The GF in all the colleges is higher that the Natural Ground
level by 9 meters of backfilling. So we managed also to start the backfilling and
finish it for three buildings while at the same time we were proceeding with
the GF suspended floor slabs. The GF slab consists of two parts, the Basement
Upper suspended slab and SOG. It was a great challenge to manage and
coordinate in such a project with so many parties participating in the
achievement of this Mega Project such as The Client, The Consultant, The
Subcontractors, The Internal Supporting Services Departments and The Top
Management of our Respected Company.The Pictures beside show this stage
of the Project for which I was temporarily assigned as a PM.

Project Construction Manager
College of Computer Science and Information Bldg. 1.7.0:
Then I was assigned as a Project Construction Manager for The College of
Computer Science and Information Project (Bldg. 1.7.0 ) which is a 50000 m2
building consists of one basement floor, Ground floor (which is constructed
over a 9 meter backfilled materials) First, Second and Roof floors.
This project was handed over to the client within three years with high quality
and within the planned budget.

DAMAC development is a residential development in the new Abdali down town,
it consists of three groups of buildings, a tower comprises 36 floors, a connected
annex (8 floor) and two mid-rise buildings (9-10 floor) with outdoor landscaped
plaza in between . The total cost of the project is about 53 million JD.I was assigned
for the project as a Site Manager from the earlier stage of the foundation blinding
concrete up to the ground floor slab. I was supervising an execution team consisted
of four site engineers, four General Foremen and about 200 direct workers
(Steel fixers, Carpenters and labors) in addition to coordinating with onsite
Technical Department.
My Duties in this project includes but not limited to :
- Supervising all activities on site and putting an achievable plan to meet the project
requirements, to accomplish the tasks on time, within our scope of work and
within our budget.
- Coordinating between all parties on site, subcontractors, consultant and suppliers and between different trades.

- Reviewing shop drawings submitted by the technical office to make sure they are well coordinated with MEP.
- Following up the tests logs and results.
- Preparing daily reports.

Al Manara Hotel - Saraya Aqaba Resort Project
This project is part of SARAYA Al AQABA Resort Project. The project
consists of executing the concrete works of a 5-star hotel of total built-up
area of 29,800m2 including 2 swimming pools, SPA, parking and a Moroccan
Restaurant. The hotel consists of 200 guest rooms divided into typical
guest rooms, junior, executive royal & presidential suites in addition to
managers living quarters.
I was assigned for the project as a Senior Site Engineer from the earlier
stage of the foundation blinding concrete up to the fourth floor slab.
My Duties in this project includes but not limited to :
- Supervising all activities on site.
- Checking all the inspection requests submitted by the subcontractor to make sure all the executed works are
conforming to the project specifications and standards.
- Coordinating between all parties on site, subcontractor, consultant and suppliers and between different trades.
- Reviewing shop drawings submitted by the Subcontractor.
- Reviewing method statements submitted by the Subcontractor and following them to make sure these
works have been corrected properly.

structure settles on a raft foundation casted on concrete piles, and all the slabs are
solid type . I was assigned to the project from the mezzanine floor and worked there
till the casting of the sixth floor slab when the company transferred me to
a new project.
