- Arrange submission of Shop drawings and co-ordinate with the consultant for
approval before start of work.
- Submit co-ordination drawing and co-ordinate with other elements.
- Arrange submission of Builders work drawings.
- Responsible for preparation and submission of Method Statements
- Surveying and Take off quantity for materials as per approved shop drawings in
order to place material requisitions.
- Prepare appropriate manpower requirements under Labor budget.
- Following up with Authorities for MEP NOCs and ensure compliance with Local
construction regulations.

5. Construction Work Stage:
- Responsible for day to day site work and management of mechanical work
and ensure proper site co-ordination with the Main Contractor by providing
accurate information /marking on site.
- Ensuring that services provisions clearance is provided in time for structure.
- Raise inspection requests for work done or materials received.
- Responsible for preparation and submission of RFI and CVI.
- Submission of Variations or extra claims resulted due additional requirements.
- Daily reporting to the Project Manager.
- Assist the Project Manager for timely preparation of the monthly invoices.
- Attends all progress and technical meetings.
- Provide weekly progress and look ahead details of work.
- Ensure that MEP site instruction/NCR is closed out.
- Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
- Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties that may arise
To assist QS and planning department for update MEP system progress.
- Monitor evaluates and ensures that all work is being carried out safely.
Handing over stage:
- Organize Testing/Commissioning of Installed Items.
- Supervise preparation of ‘AS BUILT’ drawing.
- Operation and Maintenance Manuals.
