Authoring Deployment Support is a temporary L1 support project, set up for the
transition of the Morgan Stanley Research analysts on the new publishing platform.
Team helps analysts by resolving their queries related to the new publishing platform
(HTML based application) or escalating the issues to the development team. Project
is managed out of Noida office, along with couple of resource sitting at Morgan’s
London and Hong Kong office.
Onsite support from London: (September 2014 - )
Since September 2014, I am on secondment to London, to help in the migration of
the Equity Research team on the new publishing platform. Also, gathering feedback
related to application and escalating it to the Research Technology leads and Product
development team.
Current Project Responsibilities:
 Helping analyst in resolving their queries on new publishing platform
through trouble shooting or walking them through the right steps to use the
application.
 Escalating analyst issues/concerns to the development team and then getting
it resolved.
 Prioritizing issues on the basis of urgency and publishing deadline.
 Managing offshore team by monitoring the request from across the globe
and assigning it on the basis of urgency.
 Working closely with the Morgan Stanley Research technology team for the
improvement of the product by identifying the ongoing issues and gathering
feedbacks from analyst on future enhancements
 Creating reports and sharing it on the daily call with client.

2. Achievements:
 Creating conducive environment for the growth of the projects and
extension of onsite support.
 Six month project got extended to almost two year project and team size
grew from eight member’s team to eleven members in less than one year
 Was instrumental in helping the team grow into a reliable support unit
across Morgan Stanley Research technology and creating opportunities to
support more applications used by Morgan Stanley research analyst.
ResearchPublishing: (April 2008 – May 2014)
Research publishing team sitting in Noida (India) is a 24*6 project, providing
support to Morgan Stanley Equity and Fixed Income analyst across the globe. We
support analyst from in the publication of their research reports and videos on the
internal Morgan Stanley site and the external vendor sites.
Job Responsibilities in ResearchPublishing:
 Handling a team of around 7 team members.
 Managing a shift by assigning shift task to the shift members and by
making sure that all the request are completed and delivered within the
stipulated time without any error.
 Training new hires on the process related tasks.
 Shadowing team members in handling the critical task.
 Updating procedure documentations.
 Regular interaction with the client managers sitting onsite.
 Interacting with the research analyst and helping them in publication of
their research reports.
 Handling all the process related escalations within the shift.
 Habitual to work effectively in tight deadlines by multi-tasking.
Pass Achievements:
 Was handpicked from Research Publishing to set up and manage a technical
support project for the client in the month of June 2014.
 Was promoted as a lead consultant in the year 2013.
 Was promoted as an SME for the global team in the year 2011.
 Created an automation plan for one of the process and reduced manual task.
 Was responsible for migrating lot of task to offsite, which was before
managed by the client.
 Was considered as a very important and reliable team member both by client
and the internal management during my initial days of project. Client
