Analyze Cost &Process Payments

Payments of the monthly EB Expenses of more than 5000 sites every month & ensure smooth
delivery/dispatch of the same and redress queries related to OME.
Payments of the Electricity bills vide cheque /DD/NEFT of About 6000 sites every month.
Reimbursement of all the payables against cash paid by the vendors, while ensuring the schedule
and time lines for smooth operations.
2. Responsible for AP Process
Monitoring Bills processing, Verification of invoice, timely scrutiny and release of all payments
within defined TAT through Validation on EB Portal & Oracle.
Supervising the Account Payable Process, drive the process improvement, this is primarily
achieved by supporting the Operational Excellence Process.
Audit coordination.
Preparing MIS reports.
Month End Closing Activities. Making the Provision & review of AP Trail.
Risk Management and control checks
Tracking of Worst sites and districts for further controls & precautions.
Reporting on:-
- Exceptional increase in arrear or current amount, any deviations from the previous trends
- Penalties charged for lower load, so that load can be upgraded.
- Fuel consumption not according to CPH value
- Controls for locked, dismantle or non-operational sites.
