· Assess "Cloud Affinity" for Applications & Data Center to provide right Cloud solution to customers on IaaS, PaaS and SaaS in Private, Public 
and Hybrid Cloud. 
· Planning & Preparing Infrastructure Yearly Budget, Maintenance and upgrade calendar, New Product analysis, Vendor negotiation / 
Coordination, Device procurement and implementation management. 
· Making audit readiness & Ensure delivery support team adherence of all defined process. 
· Design, Plan, Execute and Manage Data Centers Consolidation, Migration of Traditional Hosting data centers environment and IBM Internal 
application to Private Cloud enabled virtual environment /Data Centers. 
· Design, Plan and Execute and Manage Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery. 
· Develop technical talent and leadership in the team & Encouraging Team innovations and good ideas. 
· Manage cost including annual DOU/interlock plan negotiations between service delivery and the DPE/PE. 
· Understand customer requirements and identifying new business opportunity, guidance, support and closure.
