2. PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY
An experienced professional in Information Technology Infrastructure enterprise levels of
business solution progressively from Sr. IT Support till achieving the actual responsibility as an IT-
Infrastructure “Project Manager” , with 12+ years experience Governmental Fields where the
engagement of the BOT project in KUWAIT Customs.
My professional experience along of this period included Implemenaion the tools and techniques that
helpful and useful during the Project Management. Worked as a project coordinator, project lead and
project manager- consultency with a lot of success projects established such as Migration services
from DR to new DC (Disaster occurred), Rearrangements and new implementation of network racks
smoothly (in sites worked 24/7), New DR (Coordination & Project Management), Prepare OJT “On
Job Training” related to site readiness and documentation. As well as, using IT Service Management
thru Incident Management document, service catalog and documentation management.
Since the communication skills considering in the most important for modern enterprises, I’ve
focused on the stakeholders whom can be provided an enough information by analyzing and
identifying the project requirement, in order to achieve the objectives based on tasks.
With regards to the best way of dealing with the clients from the staff level all the way to the senior
management level. Insight into the politics within customs was very valuable, allowing to

Defining, planning, tracking and managing the IT Network projects assigned. Responsible for
identifying key resources and providing the direction required for meeting the project objectives.
Presented/Managed project plan(s) for Kuwait Customs related to listed:
• Planning and Managing responsible projects and following all by performance review meetings
• Network Cabinets arrangement; included Micro-plan approval, Downtime schedule, ensuring that
services return without interruption, documented workflow and stakeholders confirmation.
