Duties included:
 Manage construction staff of superintendents, engineer assistants, and interns
 Establish collaborative resolution conflict with designers, USACE, and vendors
 Assist in preparation of the construction schedule and Change Orders
 Prepare and coordinate RFI’s and maintain as-built drawings
 Preparation and approval of Activity Hazard Analysis (AHA’s) for all project tasks including crane lift plans and rigging plans
 Coordinate all 3rd
party inspections, conduct 3 phases of control meetings and construction meetings

Project included installation of new power poles and wire as well as the installation of underground conduit to convey new fiber optic and copper
wire communications cable over miles of environmentally sensitive area
Duties included:
 Manage multiple crew leaders for both overhead and underground utility crews
 Prepare project schedule updates and safety/environmental reports for weekly read-out to client
 Preparation and approval of Activity Hazard Analysis (AHA’s) for all project tasks
 Generate traffic control plans for hundreds of jobsite locations throughout the project footprint
 Implement crane safety procedures to maintain safety margins required by NAVFAC
 Perform daily onsite safety audits of all construction activities and environmental audits of all pertinent impacted areas
 Conduct new employee and subcontractor site safety orientations and provided daily training sessions
 Monitoring and assessing safe work practices of subcontractors by trending of performance
 Maintain SWPPP documents and submit to client during weekly meetings with client
