Responsibilities
Work Management Compliance and HSE:
• Demonstrating personal leadership and exemplary safety behaviours at all times and
ensuring work is planned and executed with full compliance to Site Safety Standards
• Liaising with engineering team(s) to create quality activity Statement of Requirements to
ensure that a defined scope of work is issued to contractors in line with project
milestones.
• Ensuring work is planned in compliance with practices and procedures contained within
the Operating Management System.
• Creating quality work packs for planned maintenance work with applicable GOC
certification prepared in accordance with Technical Integrity procedures and project
delivery milestones.
• Initiating and technically reviewing the appropriate level of Management of Change for
any changes to plant and equipment before putting into service.
• Leasing with the Maintenance Scheduler and Planning team to develop a stable plant
Maintenance and Intrusive Inspection 20Q schedule ensuring the activity set meets the
required project milestones.
• Participate in area planning meetings to provide assurances on project delivery
(8Q/12W/6W) to the wider teams and alignment with area priorities.
• Leading Deep Dive Sessions along key internal and external stakeholders to give
assurance on job readiness and After Action Reviews to ensure key lessons are
recorded to drive continuous improvement.
Sub-contractor Management:
• Reviewing maintenance contractor reports to ensure appropriate follow up corrective
work-orders are inputted into the CMMS and scheduled accordingly.
• Ensuring that maintenance work scopes executed by the contractor are fully aligned with
expectations of safety standards, quality and performance
• Providing feedback on Contractor and Supplier performance to the Contract Managers
via informal and formal Supplier Quality Management input
• Providing input to contractor monthly meetings and Quality Performance Reviews
Maintenance Improvement:
• Reviewing of Planned Maintenance Routine content for correctness to ensure activity
optimisation.
• Identifying gaps in critical spares and ensuring Material Management teams address
shortfalls
Financial Accountability:
• Budget Responsible Officer for the asset maintenance budget
• Development of the 8Q asset specific work plan and budget forecast.
• Management of the maintenance budget within DoFA limits to maintain accurate Value
of Work Done and commitment forecast within year.

Responsibilities
• Fully accountable for the management of change control for the installation of new
equipment and modification of existing plant
• Collaborating with onshore and offshore planning teams to coordinate execution

from University including on production platforms, refineries, terminals, semi-
submersibles, FPSO’s and drilling jack-ups
