Tideway Tunnels, London) – a £4.2b project aimed at providing a sewage management solution for
London and the estuary of the Thames river.
 Providing PCI (Pre-Construction Information) as part of the tender document
 Managing the Project HSSE Dashboard and providing Project Board Reports and Project Status reports
 Reviewing contractors’ CPP (Construction Phase Plan) after contractor selection
