Dale Gabauer has over 30 years of experience developing and managing quality assurance, environmental, energy, and safety systems for various industries. He has led implementation of these systems and provided training. He has extensive experience performing audits and assessments to standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and AS9100. He has managed quality assurance for large construction projects in industries such as manufacturing, energy, life sciences, and medical devices.
Bruce Kain has over 35 years of experience managing pipeline construction projects and ensuring safety and quality compliance. He has worked as a consultant for several pipeline companies, overseeing installation, inspection, and commissioning to deliver high quality projects on time and under budget. Kain has authored numerous operations, maintenance, and quality programs and is considered an expert in pipeline regulations and standards. July, 2001, and was qualified to perform as a Lead Auditor for both NUPIC and NEI related audits of
