Title: Deputy HSE Manager
Responsibilities:
Planning and implementation of the Safety aspects of a Project to ensure that
deliverables are issued on schedule, project milestone dates are met, and given tasks
are completed within the allowed budget
Defining the safety/ loss prevention requirements for a project in accordance with
client’s and codes requirements and ensuring that it is implemented by providing
relevant inputs to key disciplines.
Providing support to site engineers on technical query issues and coordination with
client engineers on Safety engineering issues
Contributing towards, maintaining and implementing both company and client HSE
Management System objectives and procedures.
Advise the project Site manager and project manager of any non – compliance.

controls Department.
Interface with company, client and sub-contractor for all phases of the contract with
regard to HSE matters.
Ensure Compliance with all HSE requirements, Procedures and work instruction for all
the work force inclusive of CCC Sub-contractors.
Assign tasks and supervise the HSE Staff.
Liaises with HSE Corporate office in relation to HSE issues and corporate HSE
programs
Manages all HSE Personnel and direct all HSE Programs and initiatives.
Maintains the HSE Records and systems in accordance with project requirements.
Review and edit the method statements, JSA, and risk assessments.
Conduct incident investigations and review the final report.
Ensure HSE statistics are documented, maintained and analyzed and that remedial
action is taken where necessary.

Scope: The construction of new large LNG
facilities (Trains 6 & 7) located adjacent to the
existing five LNG trains at the Qatar Gas Plant site
in Ras Laffan Industrial City. Annual capacity is 7.8
mta per Train FOB Ras Laffan. The scope of work
includes all construction activities (Temporary
Facilities, Civil, Piping, Equipment Installation,
Steelwork, Painting, Insulation, Fireproofing, and
Electrical & Instrumentation), pre-commissioning
assistance.

Title: HSE Engineer
Responsibilities:
Reports directly to the HSE Manager (& Deputy manager)
Assumes Deputy HSE Manager Role as and when directed by HSE manager.
Undertake daily inspection tours in areas of responsibility to ensure implementation of,
and adherence to the procedure set out in CCC HSE Management System and Project
HSE Plan and Procedures.
Prepare inspection reports, bringing to attention matters of concern with proposals for
remedial actions.
Carry out investigations into the causes of HSE related incidents and prepares reports
with proposals for remedial actions.
Act as the CCC client respective on HSE matters for coordinating and conducting
weekly site inspections.
Attend weekly comprehensive project progress client meeting in the absence of the
HSE Manager.
Coordinate and monitor all project HSE activities to ensure agreed health, HSE and
environmental standards are full implemented and properly followed.
Interface with HSE Officers to provide supervision, coordination, technical assistance
and problem solving advice in the course of their inspection duties.
Receive daily activity reports from HSE Officers and prepare summaries for the HSE
Manager or HSE in Charge.
Assist the Assistant HSE Manager in conducting Risk Assessments on the project.
Supervise and report the recording, analysis of information on injuries, damage and
production loss, access accident trends and review overall safety performances.
