 Oversee daily operations of private elementary school office, including greeting
visitors, conducting tours and responding to telephone and in-person requests for
information
 Manage inventory and order supplies; equipment, forms, general office
 Prepare bi-weekly payroll report; review time cards/sheets, compile hours and
submit to CFO; maintain records of tenure and sick/vacation days; submit report for
new hires, terminations; and personal, withholding and/or insurance changes
 Set-up & maintain spreadsheet and database for record keeping and reporting
 Manage inquiry system to build enrollment; monitor enrollment and prepare weekly
report
 Maintain financial information for the school; i.e. discretionary expenditures such as
books, supplies, equipment
 Maintain Income/Expense ledger for fundraising monies
 Design & distribute event flyers and notices by handouts and/or email for special
events, programs, announcements, etc.
 Prepare yearly calendar and schedules
 Maintain and update campus website and bulletin boards
 Assist with monthly school activities and assemblies
 Responsible for creation of yearbook design
 Coordinate field trips, permission/waiver slips, payment arrangements
 After-Care Class organization: set up schedule/location, maintain class rosters,
track incoming and outgoing payments
