Volunteer Program Director: Provided support to Executive Director and overseas staff.
Grant Coordinator: Researched funding opportunities, composed and followed-up on proposals for
major grants (>$3,000). Raised $70,000 in funding to date. Assisted Office Manager with project expense
bookkeeping.
University of Oregon School of Law (January 2007- June 2007)
Administrative Assistant to the Dean for External Relations: Maintained Assistant Dean’s schedule of
meetings, travel and events. Maintained day-to-day office duties such as filing, copies, and organizing
correspondence. Executed donor and Alumni appreciation process including production of prompt written

Harder, Wells, Baron and Manning, PC (August 2004- July 2006)
Records Management Assistant: Obtained evidence files from Social Security office. Copied, filed,
sorted and delivered paperwork for five attorneys and nine legal assistants. Managed client case records
using “Brief” legal database.
Assistant to the Office Manager: Provided support to Office Manager by training and managing new
employees, taking inventory of and recommending monthly orders for office supplies, and streamlining
records storage and retrieval procedures.
