 Payroll Changes: Name, Address, Salary Increases, Position Changes, etc. are all reported in a Payroll Change
Form that is sent to HR. Constantly updates the HR Worksheet (Excel file used to keep track of employees
information): - Vacations - keeps track of employee vacations and reports them in system - Sick Days,
Bereavement Leave, Jury Duty, etc. - keeps track and reports them in system - Keeps track of 90 day waiting period
and offers employee benefits.
 PETTY CASH Withdraw money for Petty Cash from the bank with the debit card. Keeps control of Petty Cash in a
locked and secure place where only the Office Manager, Assistant Director or Director have access Keeps receipts
for EVERY expense in an organized file Keeps log in Excel Worksheet of the expenses and balance of the Petty
Cash Account Sends a request to main office for Petty Cash money once the balance is low Amount of petty cash in
locked box should be equal to the balance on the worksheet
 ACCOUNTING Manages Ledger in Procare for every family account making sure tuition is charged properly Does
