 Deputy GM, Jan 2014 –became one of the youngest DGM at the Corporate Level,
Presently in the Core Team of HR, responsible of all HR activities and functions at the
corporate level.
 Chief Manager, Jul 2011 – Jan 2014- was Responsible in planning analysing the process
and procedures as well as improvising the existing HR practices and policies of the
Company.
 Deputy Chief Manager, Apr 2008 – Jul 2011-A part of the previous assignments was
given the responsibility to select the qualified in-house talent to be trainers as Corporate
trainers concept was Train the Trainers, and worked on soft skills modules for employee
development.
 Assistant Chief Manager, Apr 2006 – Apr 2008-become the member ( representing
HR) of Top Screening Committee (For reward and performance assessment) and Medical
committee (to handle all kinds of Medical Cases in the group) as well as the panel
member as recruiter at Corporate level and for business divisions.
