2. Style sheet
I chose his style because it's
not scary, and it's quite child
friendly. These are the
animals I chose because
they've all got different
textures to them which will
be interesting for the child
to feel.
3. Style sheet
I chose these as an
example because they're
fun and they look like the
types of fonts that would
be in a children's book. I
am also going to mix and
match the writing so each
word will be a different
font.
4. Style sheet
I chose these backgrounds
because these are the ones
that fit best with the
theme of my book. I'm
going for an aquarium
background, especially for
the snake, lion and koala.
5. Layout 1
Koalas eat eucalypt leaves
This is going to
be a different font, and
the final product. And it's
going to be laid out
different in the final
product.
7. Props & Locations

9. Contingency Planning
Potential Issue Solution
Run out of hot glue sticks Get another one ad put it in the glue gun.
Run out of fabric Get some back up fabric
Animals may not come out the same size Make sure they're the same size and fit on the
page correctly.
Make sure the fonts are clear Don't put coloured fonts with the same
coloured background. Make sure the
background isn't dizzy up to the point you can't
see the writing.
Run out of time Start earlier, and only do the pages you can
manage to do.
Photoshop could corrupt and I could lose all
my work
Backup my work.
10. Health and Safety
Potential Issue How will the issue be
avoided?
Hand ache (drawing / holding a pencil) wiggle my hand so I don't get a restless hand.
Eye strain (computer being too bright) Take breaks from the computer so I don't get a
headache from it.
Burn myself with the hot glue (accidentally
touch the glue when sticking something
down)
Be very careful with hot glue and if this does
happen run it under the tap for 30secs.
Headaches (computer brightness
and dehydration)
Take breaks from the computer ad drink lots of
water to Provent dehydration.
Hand cramp Take a break from drawing and do some hand
exercises.
