Planning & Scheduling Manager
IGC is an old-line EPC contractor in oil, gas, and petrochemical projects of Iran. Reporting to the Project
Manager, I managed 2 engineers of scheduling team.
Main responsibilities:
 Preparing a plan and time schedule for removing site construction punches
 Preparation of a schedule for “Handing over” of 75 site systems to the client
 Preparing a plan and time schedule for site commissioning and start-up phase
 Preparing a plan and time schedule for regular preservation of site equipments
 Preparing monthly financial invoices on a manpower basis (man-hour per day & machinery per day)
 Close contact with administration unit in order to know the exact number of staff per day and their
positions, after that obtain client’s approval on our manpower and our list of machinery

Curves and graphs to report critical paths, bottlenecks and areas of concern to project manager
 Close contact with store unit and sending alarms to Tehran office in order to supply the site with
