Our exciting and innovative global client is seeking a creative Operations Manager with strong
entrepreneurial spirit to join their growing team. Candidate will be responsible for managing the daily
operations of multiple production lines. Responsibilities also include leading and supporting plant safety
programs, and reviewing production standards to ensure first run production requirements. Candidate will
create an environment that promotes positive teamwork. Motivated Type-A individuals will thrive in this
environment.
Successful candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in engineering, with 8+ years overall experience
and the last 5 in management at a growing fast-paced facility. Knowledge of high speed manufacturing
processes and Six Sigma or Qualpro certification a plus. Candidate must be an experienced goal setter
and will have demonstrated leadership, interpersonal, organizational, and management skills.
