Handling a 1000 Cr Brand – Atria Convergence Technologies Pvt. Ltd at a group level to ensure
overall volume growth across geography as per the brand strategy.
Detailed Roles and Responsibilities:
Networking:
• To perform frequent and effective networking with a variety of business partners.
• Building strong, lasting relationships with vendors and other key people in the organization.
• Linking between suppliers, distributors and company clients.
Campaign Leadership:
• Organizing shows, marketing events and launch events at various places of the country.
• Closely monitoring on the BTL execution as per the quality measures set by the top
management.
• Creating a proper ambience in the new offices as per the brand guide lines.
• Discover and develop opportunities for marketing that involve advertising on the Internet,
regional/national as well as specialist publications.
• Manage the production of marketing materials.
• Attending and organizing company-related exhibitions, sales, promotional events, market
launch events, product launch events and others.
• Secure sponsorships and assist in creating and actualizing publicity and marketing plans in
both BTL & ATL activities.
• Participating in delivery of approved marketing strategies – Effectively contribute to long-
term strategies.
Research & Analysis:
• Organize marketing research to implement brand awareness.
• Conduct customer surveys to analyze the demands of the market.
• Analyze product and market pricings on a regular basis.
• Track the activities of the company’s competitors – Motivate to gain sustained knowledge of
competitor activity.
Vendor Management:
• To work closely with Purchase team on the vendor finalization process and ensuring the PO
is released on time.
• To ensure optimal quality, cost, timely delivery, payment of material as per the agreed terms
is achieved.
• To ensure regular audits are completed at proper intervals on materials quality and execution
of work.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and distributors to manage product distribution,
establishing distribution networks and developing distribution strategies.
Collaboration with Creative and Media Agencies:
• Assisted the Marketing Head in selection of design agencies for creative communication,
media activities and outdoor activities.
• Writing briefs to agencies for various design tasks and collaborate with them for timely
delivery of projects.
• Worked in close collaboration with the creative agencies for various design jobs, finalizing
positioning and storyboard, making of the TVC etc.
• Evaluated and finalized the media plan for ACT Fibernet in South involving different
mediums – Outdoor and print.
• Coordinating with Media agency on a regular basis for different jobs – media planning,
competition analysis, planning BTL activities etc.
New Initiatives:
• BTL Activities – Newspaper Insert, Door to Door Medium, Customized No Parking
Boards, Tea Cup Branding, etc.
• Road Shows, Mall Activation, Corporate Park activity, College Activation, etc
• Developed a marketing manual covering key concepts and SOPs for key activities of
Marketing department of ACT Fibernet as a tool and reference for new team members and
Regional marketing resources
• Benchmarking best practices across different regions to create a knowledge sharing base
Covering - costs of signage, vendor database, regional schemes undertaken and their
response etc.
Competitive Analysis:
• Prepared a comprehensive competitor analysis report which was presented to the marketing
head and the COO based on secondary research and direct interaction in the market.
