Sales Members.
3. Develop, influence & drive the implementation of the growth agenda in the area.
4. Effectively developing the National level startegies & plans by delivering specific action on ground of
leveraging aspects such as infrastructure, people, brands and channel
5. Managing key retailers (National Chains as well as Regional Chains) such as Nature’s Basket,
Hypercity, Food Hall, Big Bazaar, Star Bazaar, Trent WestSide, ABRL, Spars, Wellness Forever,
Heritage Stores in Hyderabad and Bangalore and Open Format Outlets with a total store count of
more than 200 Stores
6. Expand and make the Product available in New Cities across India – Nasik, Bhopal, Ahmedabad,
Bharuch, Surat & Punjab
7. Managing Distributor Partners (3 distributors) at different locations like Delhi, Hyderabad and
Bangalore contributing around 80% of MRT business in the Area.
8. Implementing business strategies with retailers for growth of General Trade.
9. Implementing Business Strategies for Online business – Big Basket, Nature’s Basket, Meat Root,
Frozone, Sea Food , Grofers & Scootsy.com
10. Create Ideas and strategies, Identify Problems and Meet Goals to grow the Business.
11. Travel to Visit Stores as and when required and ensuring good store level product placement with
sufficient shelf space.
12. Planning and executing Marketing Promotions and Offers.
