Ensuring that staff are motivated, monitored and measured in line with company
targets and performance standards. Responsible for making sure that any gaps in
performance or quality are quickly identified and addressed. Producing accurate
reports on team performance for senior managers.
Duties :
•Maintaining the integrity of Levels/Returns from vendors and making sure data
flows downstream to performance systems.
•Creating custom Indices for Portfolio Managers.
•Sourcing required data for New Index set up’s from vendors.
•Index Set up on internal systems based on the requirement from portfolio managers

Global Nostro Solutions (Treasury Services): Issue claims against internal
departments and external clients for the late settlements of claims accordingly. This
may include Use of Funds, Interest claims, Errors, Fines and Losses etc.

2. Duties:
•The process includes analyzing and investigating claims arising out of cash
management transactions within TSS and referring the claims/ charges to various
internal (JPMorgan) and external teams. This includes Recovery charges, Primary
charges & secondary charges
•Issue the charges to concerned department and recovering the loss incurred due to
late trade settlement, late reporting of money to JPMorgan.
•Processing of Error Fines & losses, Net Interest Income and Use of funds which is
due the internal adjustments and the errors made by internal/External teams.
•Handling the process related mailbox queries and calculation of charges and use of
funds.
•Handling various types of reports and reporting the same to senior management and
internal teams.
•Aggressively chasing the teams for clearance of charges, high value items and
working hard to reduce the number of aged items.
