Client : Cisco Systems Inc
Description of the project: Large Scale Services is a defined set of standardized systems,
IT applications and associated data and infrastructure, which will deliver current and future state
business capabilities based on industry-standard/ best-in-class policies and processes. As part of the
new OM LSS program there is effort of upgrading the current Cisco Oracle 11i order management to
the R12 order management platform. One of the other goals of this initiative is to make the new Order
Management R12 run using industry standard out of box functionality as oppose to the heavily
customized solutions of the current system.
Duration: 36 Months (From 2nd-Jan-2013 to till date)

02 Project name: SCM (Service Contract Management): under Sales and Fulfillment
Client: Cisco System Inc
Description of the project: Cisco is the largest manufacturers of networking products and it
is the client for Infosys BPO Limited since 2002. Infosys is handling a quote to cash process for Cisco.
Duration: 3.5 Years (From 7th -Jul-2009 to 2nd-Jan-2013)
Responsibilities:
This process includes the booking orders for worldwide customers purchasing Cisco’s
products using ERP tools based on Oracle 11i.
To solve queries of customers via E-mail using Web based tool.
Worked as senior agent for the development needs of the team, auditing orders processed by
agents, report consolidation in Excel.
Also includes handling the escalation cases which were high priority request form client and
also assisting the other team members
Consolidating the reports of the CSR’s on daily basis.
Preparing weekly and monthly data for all CSR’s
Preparing the RCA for the Errors committed by CSR’s and taking necessary action plan to
avoid such errors.
Managed a team of 15 folks.
