 Follow-up with DNOC to get technical information for the project and provide it to network engineer for

 Prepare monthly report with coordination of distributors.
Call Center Support Engineer 2006-2008
 The customer’s calls and support technically for all kind of services like DSL, Leased Line, Wireless, Direct Cable,
Domain, Hosting, and E-mail. Internal Ticket Escalation and follow up through CRM.
 MRTG and WHATS UP monitoring and Reporting to DNOC.
 E-mail correspondence between NOC, POC and Provisioning and Technical manager of each branch , MPLS,
ATM, WIMAX, Frame Relay, DLL and DIA circuit follow up with Saudi Data and STC DNOC FM.
 Follow up DIA, Wireless link troubleshooting.
