Responsible for the project management throughout the entire projectlifecycle, including project
initiation/proposals, project delivery, stakeholder management, post implementation review and project

 Assuring compliance with the organizations project management guidelines.
 Collection for input from project stakeholders to define the new ATM deployment project requirements.
 Planning and organizing the project activities, including determining resource requirements, what and

 Working with the projects sponsor for the direction and resourcing of the project.

 Follow up with the Network First Support department to configure and dispatch the routers,

 Coordinating with the concern ATM vendor to deliver, install and make the ATM online after the site
readiness confirmation.
 Suggesting/implementing of the links by analyzing the type of location’s network.
 Keep tracking of Field Engineers until they finish Router installation within the given time.
 Coordinating with Base 24 team, Network Support team to get the Branch numbers, TIDs and IP address
of the ATMs according to their Region and Location.
 Providing all the details to Security Department timely to arrange for Security installations, such as
Camera, alarm etc,.
 Giving all type of Assistance to the teams/vendors till it get commisioned.
 Communication with other business center managers and stakeholders of the projects.
 Assuring the quality of the project management process.
 Resolution of conflicts within the project or between cross-functional teams.
 Sending memo to Cash team for ATM Replenishment.
 Responsibility is involves from start to end till ATM get complete deployed and replenished with money.
 Sending Final Memo to all internal and external concern departments confirming ATM replenishment
with money and handing over the same to the Production Team.
