Description –.The study was carried out with the employee pertaining to various age groups from 18to
above 5 years. The study was conducted with a sample of 100 employees spreading over the 1 unit of
company. Sample method was adopted, questionnaire were used. From this I understood that welfare
measures increases the loyalty of employees towards the firm and it helps to improves the perfomens of
the firm.
