In this module, we will discuss:-
1. How to check your cancelled orders on the seller panel?
2. How to track return before delivery orders on the seller panel?
3. How to track return after delivery orders on the seller panel?

How to check your cancelled orders on the seller panel?
When a product is cancelled by a customer before shipping, you can check your orders in the cancelled stage
Click on the Orders tab Select More and click on Cancelled from the dropdown
Here, you can view orders which are cancelled by the customer
as well as you

Here, you can check the individual order details

Click on Download Invoice to download its invoice Click on Download All Cancelled Orders File (.csv) to
download all the detailed information regarding all
the cancelled orders

Check returns before delivery
orders

How to check return before delivery orders on the seller panel?
Note - This is illustrative not exhaustive
When an order is cancelled by a customer after shipping, you can check it in the Returns Before Delivery stage
Click on Returns tab Click on the Returns before delivery tab to
check the orders which have been cancelled
before the delivery

Click on the Date filter to check the cancelled orders from a
specific date range
Click on the select filter to apply the status filter
Note – You can raise a ticket for Return before delivery POD (proof of delivery) within 10 days from the date of Return before delivery marked. Ticket raised beyond 10 days from the date
will not be entertained.

Click on All to view all your Return before delivery orders Return Initiated - When a customer requests for a return
while the product is in transit, you’ll be
able to see the product here

Return Delivered - When after cancellation, a product
gets delivered to you, you can view it
under Return Delivered
Click on Dispute Details to check the status of the
raised claim

How to check return after delivery orders on the seller panel?
Reason behind raised dispute

Here, you check the status of your dispute. Status of the dispute can be categorized under the following:
Pending - We have started working on your initiated request
In-process - The request has been approved and the amount will be credited to your bank account within 5 business
days.
Paid – The claim amount has been credited in your account

Here, you can check the claim amount which will be credited to you for this dispute

Check returns after
delivery orders

To check orders which have been requested for a return after the delivery, follow these steps -
Click on Returns tab Click on Returns after delivery tab

Click on the date filter to view the return orders from a
specific date range

The available search options are: Order ID, Item ID, Tracking Number, Shipper, Warehouse, and
Status
You can also filter your search for returns by selecting one option at a time from the various options available within the Search
dropdown list -

Let’s learn how all stages of the return after delivery tab work -
Note - In this stage, all return stages are also known as return after delivery stages.
There are four sections: Approved, Picked, Returned and All

Click on the Approved tab to view the details of the orders in the return requested stage. You can
also see the reasons for returns
In the Approved stage, you can check all the return requested orders which have been approved by Paytm Mall

Click on the Picked tab to view the details of the orders
picked by the courier partner from the customer
In the Picked stage, you can check all the returned orders that have been picked up by the courier partner
View details of the courier by clicking on return courier AWB

Click on the Returned tab to view the details of the
returns delivered back to you
If you have any issue, click on Raise Dispute to raise your
ticket against that order
When a returned product is successfully delivered back to you, the status of the order changes to return delivered

Fill all the mandatory details for raising the
claim
Click on Submit

Click on the Returned Tab Click on Dispute Details to view the status of your claim
Here, you can check the status of your raised claim

Click on the All tab to view the detailed stages for all return
orders
Click on Download Order CSV to download the
detailed csv of the return orders
