1. Q2 How does your media product represent particular social groups?
The musicians in my magazine are represented as your average people
but with a talent, I don’t think that the people in my magazine in any way
have been represented as big celebrities of very glamorous in any way, I
think that the musicians in my magazines are very talent based and pure.
My music magazine represents younger people more than older, I think
that the people that are in my articles represent younger people but have a
very wide spread audience that includes older people as well as the
younger generation.
I think that in my music magazine the talent that is in my magazine are
younger, as in my magazine I aim to promote younger talent and give
lesser known artists a chance to get in the industry.
Male and females in my magazine are very equal, nothing is biased
against either sex, and I think that the talent between males and females
are evenly split.
I think that in my magazine all ethnicity’s white, black or Asian are all
represented in the same way and are all represented fairly.
My magazine represents everyone across Europe, no matter which
country they are from, my magazine is targeted at all talented musicians
regardless of location.
