I am currently employed at TTC's Insight Vacations brand, where my
role is to promote and sell our luxury guided coach tours that operate
around the world. In this call centre, I answer calls from travel agents
every day, and my job is to make reservations for their clients, while up-
selling and promoting associated products in order to increase sales
volume.

My position involved selling timeshares through face-to-face
presentations with prospective clients. I had 90 minutes to convince

My role at this travel company involved customer service, selling
airfares, and answering queries over the phone. Everyday, I answered
30 to 40 phone calls, where customers asked me to quote and book
airfares, along with accommodation and tour packages. Other duties
included admin work, as well as dealing with customer complaints.
