PROFILE
I have experience with customer service as a Sales advisor and Sales Team Leader with Maplin Electronics and with
After-Market B2B Sales with Markem-Imaje. I chose to take a break from work earlier this year in order to support
my wife full-time with my new born son. Now I look to join part of a team either utilizing my team leader
experience or my customer service experience.
I am confident, approachable and ambitious. I am capable of giving great customer service, I am highly technical
and learn new systems and processes at ease. I am fluent in Windows (XP-8), Mac OS, EPOS, Salesforce.com, SAP
(CRM & ECC) and I have a working knowledge of Linux based systems in particular Debian Wheezy.
